Can I send items as a gift?
You can ship an item to a different address than yours but unfortunately, we do not have a gift service at this time.

Can I purchase gift certificates online?

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we do currently charge applicable state sales taxes (on the shipping address) for all online credit card orders. If you are a tax exempt organization please order using the Purchase Order option and fill in your tax-exempt information during checkout. You will also need to fax your tax-exempt information/certificate to 888.203.9361.

Who pays for international customs duties and taxes?
All international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes at their destination point. These fees vary significantly by country. Each customer is responsible for the customs duties and taxes for their shipment; School Specialty Publishing is not responsible for these fees. Note that we do not estimate customs duties and taxes for orders, as the amount can vary greatly from the actual fees. Do you backorder items?
Occasionally we will be out of stock on an item. In these situations we unfortunately will not allow you to put the product in your shopping cart but will offer you suggestions of comparable products.
