Do you ship items to offshore non contiguous USA locations?
There is a $5.95 additional surcharge for delivery of items to U.S. territories (PR, USVI, and Guam). Deliveries to AK, HI and U.S. territories are shipped via USPS mail. Only items that ship via USPS mail will be shipped to offshore locations.

What delivery options does School Specialty Publishing offer?
We unfortunately do not offer expedited service at this time. All U.S. domestic packages are shipped UPS ground. Delivery can be expected within 7 - 11 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Orders that require delivery to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS mail.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
It is our privilege to offer our military families free non-expedited shipping on their orders over $15 that are shipped to APO/FPO addresses only. These items will be shipped at no charge via USPS mail and will be delivered to APO/FPO addresses only. Delivery can be expected within 14 - 21 business days depending on your location. Please make sure that you use APO/FPO in the City field and the appropriate Military State (AA, AE, etc.) in the State field to qualify.

Do you ship to foreign countries?
All international orders will be shipped via UPS International. All international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes at their destination point. These fees vary significantly by country. Each customer is responsible for the customs duties and taxes for their shipment; School Specialty Publishing is not responsible for these fees. Note that we do not estimate customs duties and taxes for orders, as the amount can vary greatly from the actual fees. If you have questions about the customs duties and taxes for your country, please contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale.

Are all of the delivery charges charged to my credit card up front or when the item ships?
Delivery charges are charged when the item you ordered ships. This is especially relevant to items on backorder. Some companies make you pay all of the delivery charges for your entire order up front. At School Specialty Publishing you only pay delivery when the item you ordered ships.
