Can I return items purchased online at School Specialty Publishing?
Returns may be made for any reason within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

What do I need to do in order to return an item for refund?
Return the packing slip that came with your order and send it back with the merchandise to ensure proper credit. Please allow 15 business days for refunds. Ship it back to us via a carrier that offers package tracking like UPS or FED EX. If the return is due to your error, we ask that you pay the return shipping charges. If it is due to our error, we will pay or reimburse you for the returned shipping charges. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

Does School Specialty Publishing rent or sell my personal information?
We take your privacy very seriously. School Specialty is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in our Privacy Policy. School Specialty collects information from you at several different points on our Web site. We use your information to facilitate the services we provide you in the sale and distribution of products and services that you request. We use information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the site, to troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms & Conditions of Use. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been transmitted to our warehouse. We ship in stock orders within 36 business hours. Once an order is in our warehouse, we will not be able to stop it. From the time you order to the time your order gets to our warehouse is usually no more than 1 hour. Back ordered items can be cancelled any time before we receive stock in to our warehouse.

How do I check the status of my order?
You need to be a member of SchoolSpecialtyPublishing.com in order to check the status of your orders. Login using the link on the top right of the Web site. Go to the "Order History" page which can be found in the "My Account" area of the site. The status of both web and phone orders can be checked online at SchoolSpecialtyPublishing.com.

Will I get an order confirmation when I place my order on line?
Yes! You can expect to receive an order confirmation to be emailed to you within 30 minutes of order placement. If you don't get one, please check your spam and or junk filter before you call School Specialty Publishing.

Are you currently accepting manuscript submissions?
